Randy Dutton is FPM’s Vice President and primarily is responsible for new product development, large project coordination, new product sales, opening international sales representation, and strategic planning. He has been associated with FPM since 1985 in various capacities as co-owner, representative, and management. He works from his West Coast office.

Intellectual Property:

• Assisted in writing FPM’s aircraft shrinkwrapping patents and shrinkwrap kit pending patent.
• Holds patents pending in a variety of FPM’s current and pending products.

Experience:

• Is a retired Navy Supply Corps Commander with 24 years of active and reserve service involving
government contracting, logistics, material control, management, and financial services.
• Provided consultation services on product development and facility relocation.
• Provides management expertise to FPM.

Education:

• Holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business.
• Trained as a U.S. Government Contracting Officer (DAWIA Level III training)
